5. Roles

6. Bookings, payments, wallet & cancellations

Booking rules, manual approvals, deposits, refunds and deadlines are shown in-app per offer (amounts typically in DZD).

An internal wallet/balance may be credited (refunds, credit notes). It is not a bank account; withdrawal rules, if any, appear in-app.

For activity disputes, parties should first use Haya tools. Haya may help mediate but is not obliged to resolve every case.

7. Content & messaging

Illegal, abusive, misleading or infringing content is prohibited. Haya may moderate and suspend accounts under the Community guidelines.

8. Documents

Some flows require uploads (pro KYC, booking documents). You must have the right to share them. Processing follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

Haya branding and software are protected. Pros keep rights in their content and grant Haya a non-exclusive licence to display it for the service.

10. Suspension & account deletion

Close your account in-app (Profile → Delete my account) or via support. Haya may suspend or terminate for fraud, security issues, breach, or legal duty.

11. Availability

Haya aims for reasonable availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Maintenance or outages may occur.

12. Liability

To the extent allowed by Algerian law, Haya is not liable for damages solely caused by a Pro’s failure to perform, temporary outages, or misuse. Mandatory liabilities are not excluded.

13. Governing law

Algerian law applies. Competent courts in Algeria have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.

14. Changes

Terms may be updated. The effective version is dated. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
