- Spam, off-platform ads, impersonation.
- Fraud, fake bookings, review manipulation.
- Sharing others’ personal data without rights.
- Bypassing payment or security rules.
3. Pros
- Honest listings with clear price, place, rules, age and document requirements.
- Honour commitments to participants.
- Authentic verification documents.
4. Customers
- Accurate information; respect activity conditions.
- Honest reviews based on real experience.
- Courteous communication with Pros and support.
5. Reports & actions
Use in-app reporting or email support@haya-dz.com. Haya may warn, hide content, restrict features or suspend accounts.
